A lot of information to process. Neuroscience is a fascinating, multidisciplined field but I often get overwhelmed by the information. There is a lot to digest in this article. I'm in Al-Anon so I was wondering what reactions you'd heard to this article. I have heard nothing about this particular one. Regardless of the physiological realities, my feeling is that AA [and Al-Anon] are fundamentally spiritual.
